  One person working buffet are not well taken care of. The pizza was cold! Been sitting here waiting 20 mins. and they have not brought any pizza out and it's lunch hour! Really, how does a place like this even stay open!

  The delivery guy is nice. The girl answering the phone is rude as hell. The food is usually good but the service is pretty crappy. They don't tell you the total if you order over the phone.

  Horrible customer service! They do not care about earning repeat business it seems. I've tried to order delivery a few times, rarely is it ever convenient for them to deliver, yet they advertise delivery. And we live 5 minutes away. It's really frustrating. My wife loves Itilian food, If they tried a little harder we'd be customers for life! There food is pretty tasty, it's a shame they forget the importance of customer service!
